Take US Highway 1 toward Lexington. When you get to Lexington High School, turn left at the light immediately following the school onto Charter Oak Road. Drive slightly over a half a mile and turn left into the New Life Fitness World drive (At the blue time and temperature NLFW sign). Come into the gym and ask for HealthQuest Physical Therapy.
