Directions from Lexington

Take Augusta Highway / US Highway 1 from Lexington toward Batesburg-Leesville. Once US Highway 378 and US 1 split at Ben Satcher Ford, continue up US 1 toward Lexington High School. Turn right at the third light onto Charter Oak Road (right before you get to Lexington High School/Lexington Technology Center). Drive slightly over a half a mile and turn left into the New Life Fitness World drive (At the blue time and temperature NLFW sign). Come into the gym and ask for HealthQuest Physical Therapy.
